A LITTLE CEREMONY

The method.

  1. Prepare your glass

Fill a clean champagne flute for each serving with ice and water to chill it while you mix. Empty it before pouring.

  2. Measure into the glass

Pour the measured chilled orange juice into a chilled flute for one serving. No serving ice is used.

  3. Finish gently

Slowly pour in the measured cold Prosecco and stir once gently. Do not shake sparkling wine.

  4. The finishing touch

Add the measured garnish and serve immediately.
