A LITTLE CEREMONY

The method.

  1. Prepare your glass

Set out a clean goblet glass for each serving. Do not put additional ice in the glass before blending.

  2. Load the blender

For one serving, put the measured rum, peach brandy, lime juice, honey syrup, mint leaves, and pineapple chunks in the blender with 150 g crushed ice. Keep the mint sprig and pineapple wedge aside. Secure the lid.

  3. Blend until smooth

Blend on high until the mixture is smooth, with no large pieces of ice.

  4. Pour and garnish

Pour into your goblet glass. Pour into the clean footed goblet and add the measured mint sprig and pineapple wedge. Serve immediately; do not add large ice cubes.
