The method.

Prepare your glass
Set out a clean rocks glass for each serving. Add 120 g of fresh cubed ice to each glass just before pouring.
Measure into the glass
Pour the measured vodka and coffee liqueur over fresh ice and stir gently.
Finish gently
Pour the measured cream slowly over the back of a spoon. Stir gently before drinking.
The finishing touch
Add the measured garnish and serve immediately.
