A LITTLE CEREMONY
The method.
Prepare your glass
Set out a clean highball glass for each serving. Add 120 g of fresh cubed ice to each glass just before pouring.
Measure into the glass
Add the tequila, lime juice, and measured salt to the ice-filled glass. Stir to dissolve the salt.
Finish gently
Pour in the measured chilled grapefruit soda and stir once gently.
The finishing touch
Add the measured garnish and serve immediately.
