A LITTLE CEREMONY

The method.

  1. Prepare your glass

Set out a clean highball glass for each serving. Add 120 g of fresh cubed ice to each glass just before pouring.

  2. Measure into the glass

Pour one serving of the measured still ingredients into the prepared glass. Keep garnishes and sparkling ingredients aside.

  3. Finish gently

Add the measured ginger ale last. Stir gently once to preserve the bubbles.

  4. The finishing touch

Curl the measured long lemon-peel spiral down the inside of the glass and hook one end over the rim.
