A LITTLE CEREMONY
The method.
Prepare your glass
Set out a clean highball glass for each serving. Add 120 g of fresh cubed ice to each glass just before pouring.
Measure into the glass
Pour the measured lime juice and ginger beer over the fresh ice.
Finish gently
Pour the measured rum slowly over the back of a spoon. Stir gently before drinking.
The finishing touch
Add the measured garnish and serve immediately.
