A LITTLE CEREMONY

The method.

  1. Prepare your glass

Set out a clean highball glass for each serving. Add 120 g of fresh cubed ice to each glass just before pouring.

  2. Measure, then stir

Measure one serving of vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, celery salt, and black pepper into a mixing glass. Add 180 g cubed ice and gently roll with a bar spoon for 20 seconds. Repeat with fresh mixing ice for each serving.

  3. Strain with care

Hold the ice back with a strainer and pour into the prepared highball glass.

  4. The finishing touch

Add the measured celery stalk and lemon wedge. The listed seasoning is the exact house dose; adjust only after tasting.
