A LITTLE CEREMONY
The method.
Prepare the glass
Add 120 g cubed ice to a large wine glass.
Build the spritz
Measure the Prosecco, Aperol, and soda water directly into the glass, in that order.
Lift, then garnish
Lift once gently with a bar spoon. Add the orange slice and serve. Do not shake.
